1 T oyster sauce, 1.5T soy, 1T dark soy, 1T Shaoxing wine, ┬╝ t sesame oil, ┬╝ cup chicken stock, ┬Ż teaspoon salt, sugar & white pepper to taste
1t garlic
2 T oil
— Mix all

┬╝ c ea soaked dried shrimp and shiitake mushrooms
3 lap cheung, sliced
– Sautee
– Add rice
– Add green onion
– Stuff i duck
– Bake again 400′. 20m
